MEET OUR PASTOR
Doyle Ross III, Lead Pastor
Pastor Ross was raised in church and accepted Jesus Christ as his Savior at an early age. At the age of 13, he felt God's call to preach. In 2011, He went to Grace Baptist College in Gaylord, MI for one year and furthered his education at Midstate Baptist Bible Institute. After attending Midstate from 2012 through 2016, Pastor Ross finished his degree with being ordained on October 31, 2016. In March of 2017, he began serving as the Assistant Pastor at Highland Hills Baptist Church, in Highland, MI, until he felt the call to resign in January 2021 and pursue a Senior Pastoral position. While considering various pastoral opportunities, God clearly led Pastor Ross to Liberty Baptist Church where he has been Sr. Pastor since May 23,2021.
Pastor Ross and his wife, Tayler, have been married since August 13, 2016. Tayler graduated from Pensacola Christian College in 2015 with a bachelors degree in secondary Education. After three years of teaching, she is now a stay at home mom to their four children, Doyle IV, Vera, Kezia, and Boaz. They are excited about serving the Lord together at Liberty Baptist and reaching the community.
